Pennrose Development During the last year, The Port of Cincinnati has been working to implement a multi-stage development plan for Bond Hill's primary business district on Reading Rd between Dale Rd and Andina. For more than six months, they have collaborated with Pennrose Development. Although still in the early stages of applying for funds, they have engaged the community (at the council meetings) to get ideas and provide information about what "could be". On January 3rd, in a 10-4 decision, the community voted to provide a letter of support to Pennrose and the Port to move forward in the application process. As this story progresses, we will be sure to keep you informed.
